EULA (C) 2005-2014 By tv24x7.net END USER LICENSING AGREEMENT (EULA) The TV24x7 software ("Software") is the copyrighted work of www.tv24x7.net Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the following license agreement, ("Agreement"). The Software is made available for use by end users ("Users") EACH USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT THE USER'S SOLE RISK. NEITHER tv24x7.net NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS,EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR FREE; NOR DOES tv24x7.net OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. NEITHER tv24x7.net NOR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SOFTWARE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION BASED UPON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE. You may: (a) use the Software on any single or network computer; You may not: (a) modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software; (b) copy the Software other than as specified above; rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software; or (c) remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain in tv24x7.net and its licensors. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and by international treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and is protected by applicable law. The license granted under this Agreement gives you no rights to such content. DISCLAIMER TV24x7 provides a link to other web sites (and television stations streams) maintained by third parties. As such, for your convenience, TV24x7 facilitates access to sites on the Internet. TV24x7 does not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, upload, post, broadcast, rewrite information found on the third party web sites. TV24x7 HAS NO OWNERSHIP OR CONTROL OF THE COPYRIGHTED AND/OR TRADEMARKED MATERIALS FOUND ON THE THIRD PARTY SITES. This Agreement and the license granted hereunder will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software and any related documentation. By downloading or using the Software, you are agreeing to the foregoing and The Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning the license granted hereunder. tv24x7.net may modify this Agreement at any time by publication at this site. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
